The college tries to instil a sense of ethical rectitude in its students, however, without overtly preaching anything. There are of course certain dos and don’ts for the students as discipline is mandatory. Since the vision statement of the college is “Shraddhavan Labhate Jnyanam”, the students are expected to respect others, not just the teachers or their elders, but even their fellow students and friends.
Respect for others must go hand in hand with self esteem. Students are also to maintain their sense of integrity, self esteem and not hurt others’ as well.
Ragging, harassment and fighting are strictly prohibited in the college campus.
Although there is no specific dress code for students, they must maintain certain decency in their attire when they come to college.
Since the college tries to be as inclusive as possible regarding gender identity, sexual orientation, social and economic backgrounds of the students, the students are taught to adhere to this inclusivity.
The students must always carry their identity card in the college.
Using cell phones inside the classroom is not allowed unless it is for some academic purposes.
