The Institutional Strategic/ Perspective plan

The college has a perspective plan for holistic development of the institution. The perspective plan is categorized into the following:

• Academic Perspective Plan;
• Human Resources Perspective Plan; and
• Infrastructural Perspective Plan.

Academic Plan

• Approaches of teaching: Experiential Learning, Constructivist Approach, Problem Solving Approach and nurturing Critical Thinking skills among learners

• Emphasis on organizing seminars, Conferences, workshops, etc.

• Special emphasis on remedial classes for slow learners

• Keep close contact with students through Mentor- Mentee programmes

Human Resource Plan

• Encouraging Teachers to actively engage in Research and Publication through provision of academic grant

• Leadership Training Programmes and Career Counselling Programmes for students

• Skill Development Programmes for non-teaching staff

• Soft Skill Development programmes for Students

• Conducting Community Development Programmes and other Extension activities involving students to inculcate a sense social responsibility among them.

Infrastructural Development Plan

• Upgradation of Physical infrastructure to provide equal access to campus facilities to the differently abled section of staff and students

• Upgradation of Teaching Learning Facilities with ICT tools and technologies

• Digitisation of the administrative and academic activities of the College
